This refreshing and naturally sweet Beet, Apple and Lemon Juice is brimming with flavors and liver cleansing benefits. This delicious juice is also raw, vegan, paleo, gluten-free, and refined sugar free!

Sweet apples (use Granny Smith for a more tart taste) combined with earthy and sweet red beets along with refreshing citrus and spicy ginger makes this a delightful beet juice combination. It’s also wonderful for beet juice beginners. If you aren’t a fan of beet juice but want to enjoy its fabulous health benefits, this fresh juice is for you. This liver cleansing juice pairs so beautifully with apples, the beet’s quirky and distinct “earthy” taste is less prominent (for those who aren’t a fan).

The liver works hard to help filtrate the body, removing toxins and purifying the blood. Give your liver some love and support with natural detoxifying foods like beets, apples, lemons, and ginger.

Why is this a liver cleansing (and great for the gallbladder too!) juice?

  • BEETS -  An epic detoxifier eliminating toxins from the liver, beets promote healthy liver function!

  • APPLES - High in pectin, apples help the liver by removing toxins in the digestive tract, giving the liver a little assistance!

  • LEMON -High in Vitamin C and antioxidants, lemons help flush toxins and prevent liver damage.

  • GINGER - Due to its detoxing abilities, ginger aids the body by cleansing toxins in the liver, colon, and other organs.

  • 2 1/2 beets

  • 1/3 lemon

  6. It’s best to consume fresh beet juice within the day, but if stored in the refrigerator, this juice will last 2-3 days.
